Retreat- Sunday

Always mixed feelings...........everyone busy getting there quilt tops together........but knowing we will all be departing in so many directions very soon............the weekend is ending and we have to go home...............

Sues big Apple core quilt.....

Barb amazing girl she hand quilted her quilt... She was not finished the quilting but she did enough so she could attach the binding and then go back and finish the quilting 
Kate's Off Centre quilt

Great collection of quilts, thank you for sharing!! I am sure you had a great weekend, Sunday is always a hard day isn't it...still some sewing to do and fun to have but you know home time is looming. Hope there wasn't too much traffic on the way home!!

I still can't believe that you stayed up pre-5am to chat with me! The retreat weekend is a great time for getting a quilt made but the socialising part seems to suffer. So tired from travelling, so tired from lack of sleep and tired from sewing!

I'm inspired by your quilt projects. It's been years since I have sewed anything...something I enjoyed and then put aside. Maybe during our winter I will try again. I love colors and fabrics, but I'm not as patient as I thought I would be. I enjoyed your photography too, I could take pictures of clouds all day!
